Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

• Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
• A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Customers may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for successfully canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
